Progress Update – Short Lane, Wellingborough

Work continues on 23 Units at Short Lane Wellingborough for East Midlands Housing Association.

The scheme comprises of the Design and Build of 4 Flats, 1 Bungalow and 18 Houses on the site of the former Sunlight Laundry. Works are to include the breaking up and removal of all foundations of existing structures and walls, breaking up and removal of all existing floor slabs, hard standings etc. and the construction of the new dwellings and associated external works, all to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and Lifetime homes.

Managing Director Chris Layram stated “I am delighted that we have been successful with our tender for the 23 Units at Short Lane for East Midlands Housing Association, I am sure we will produce an excellent project for this new client”.

The foundations are now complete, with brickwork well underway.
