Recent Site Handovers

We were delighted to hand over two recent schemes built in partnership with our client Welwyn Garden City Housing Association (WGCHA).  The projects, both on previous derelict garage sites, comprised 8 family houses at Hillcrest, Hatfield and 3 bungalows at Cowper Road, Welwyn Garden City.

The dwellings are all built with energy conservation features and are all equipped with sprinkler systems for additional safety.

In accordance with WGCHA brief, both schemes have generous landscape planting to give them an established feel.

As part of our ongoing partnership, we are also currently designing and constructing a further 10 houses and bungalows on disused garage sites for WGCHA.
