Potters Bar praise

Fantastic Feedback after Potters Bar project.

Parrott have won high praise from local residents of a housing project in Potters Bar they have just completed.

The £750,000 project for Connect Property Services, a subsidiary of Aldwyck Housing Group, was for re-roofing properties in the Hertfordshire commuter town. Over the course of six months the Parrott’s team was involved in full scaffolding, stripping off and replacing existing roof coverings, replacement of fascias and soffits, flat roofing works to low level stores and external redecoration works on a total of 93 dwellings.

Under the leadership of Site Manager Zeb Massey, the project team worked on location from September 2014 to March 2015, while residents stayed living in their homes and, following completion of the works, a customer satisfaction survey was given to all tenants which has attracted some very positive results.

“I must give 10 out of 10 for your whole crew who done the work in the extreme cold and bad weather.  I am very satisfied overall”, said one happy local resident.

Another commented, “Every one of the operatives I had contact with were very pleasant and professional. The Site Manager was always visible for any questions/concerns.”

And one described the Parrott’s staff as, “Very helpful. All workers were very friendly and done the job well. Am very happy with the work and the Site Manager was five star.”
