New Development in Oakley, Bedfordshire

Parrott Construction are delighted to be working with Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG) on the development of 15 new family homes in the picturesque village of Oakley in North Bedfordshire. Work has commenced on the £2.5m project at the Lovell Road site to demolish the former buildings to make way for the new homes.

Plans include 10 three and four bedroom homes for market sale as well as five homes for shared ownership and affordable rent.
