Parrott Construction is currently recruiting for the following positions:-
JOB TITLE: CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER/ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER
RESPONSIBLE TO: Construction Director
KEY ROLE: The management of construction work on site in accordance with drawings, specifications, bills of quantity and employers requirements to the required standards, maintaining progress in line with the agreed construction programme. Apply resources efficiently to ensure programme and standards are achieved cost effectively and ensure sufficient labour, plant and materials are procured for the site, to satisfy the programme.
LOCATION: (area of operation approx 60 miles max radius of Head Office in Kempston)
Requirements:
- Ideally previous experience as an assistant construction site manager on new build housing projects
- Ability to communicate professionally & effectively with all parties, including colleagues, clients, suppliers & contractors
- Excellent resource planning & site organisational skills
- Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce, contractors and subcontractors
- Ability to work within a pressurised environment, including multi-tasking, problem solving and working independently & as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Monday-Friday
