A busy few weeks of site handovers

Parrott Construction were very busy completing and handing over a number of Housing Projects to our Clients prior to the Christmas break.

Hearnes Meadow, Seer Green, Buckinghamshire

We have constructed 3 New Build Houses in the ‘Cherry Pie Village’ for our client Paradigm Housing Group.  The Design and Build project on a disused garage site has resulted in three elegant family houses.

Leys Road, Hemel Hempstead

Another Design and Build project on a derelict garage site produced 3 Houses and 2 Flats. Despite some challenges with the site, with many differing levels to overcome, the final outcome was very pleasing when handed over to our client Thrive Homes.  The units all feature Photovoltaic Panels on the roof together with very energy efficient timber framed construction.  Additionally, all the units benefit from Electric vehicle charging points.

Ambury Road, Huntingdon

Another challenging project, located on a disused car park. The project involved relocation of a sub-station during the construction works.  The 10 houses are 2 and 3 storey family homes built around a central courtyard, with energy efficient timber frame construction.  The homes are architecturally interesting as the site is very close to the old town and the planners specified enhanced design details.

Iveldale Drive, Shefford

On the site of a former Doctors Surgery, this Design and Build project for our Housing Association client Settle Group, produced 7 Houses and 3 Bungalows for market sale.
