A GREAT START TO 2022!

2022 looks like its going to be a busy year, with a number of new and exciting developments in the pipeline:-

• Parrott Construction have been appointed to Design and Build two timber framed developments  for our client Chorus Homes; consisting of 10 Houses and 1 Bungalow located at Ramsey St Mary and a further 10 houses in Huntingdon. Both builds are for rental tenure, with completion anticipated by Summer 2022.
• We are delighted to have been awarded three garage site developments located in Hemel Hempstead for our new client Thrive Homes,  developing 12 homes for rent-to-buy on existing disused garage sites.
• For our valued client Grand Union Housing Group, we have just commenced the design phase of 20 apartments in Towcester, Northamptonshire.  These units, situated on this prestigious development, will be for Shared Ownership. Additionally, also for Grand Union Housing Group, we are commencing a land led development of 24 houses in Wellingborough.
• Finally, we are about to commence the Design and Build of 7 houses and 3 bungalows in Shefford, Bedfordshire for our client Settle Housing Group.

We look forward to progressing these sites through to successful handover to our clients.
