Recent Progress and Site Handovers

June and July have proved very busy months for Parrott Construction, completing and handing over much needed rental housing.
Our Client Paradigm Development Services Ltd contracted us to transform three garage sites, which we have recently completed and handed over; the latest two sites comprising three houses located at Fullers Close, Chesham and four houses at Chipstead, Chalfont St Peter.

All the projects have enhanced the local street scene, with the demolition of old under-used lock up garages which have been replaced with modern housing, attractive landscaping and improved parking provisions.

The Client was so delighted with our management, construction and budgetary control of the projects that they have awarded us with a further two garage site projects to construct more housing.

We also handed over to a valued private client, a challenging project in Watford, comprising two blocks of flats on a live site, with tenants in occupation.

Despite a difficult build, we received a delightful email congratulating our Site Manager on the build.

“Everyone involved on site was polite, helpful and friendly and, when I turned up feeling guilty if there was a machine in the way or a delivery being made, I was always made to feel as if my access was the most important thing, despite me often saying that I was fine waiting, I was always let through straight away”

Finally, we have recently handed over 26 new build houses and flats in Kempston. The project, on a brownfield site with very restricted access, has really tidied up the area. The design and development provides a feeling of spaciousness and is further complemented by attractive planted and grassed areas.
