Rural Handover – Fen Drayton Road, Swavesey
On Thursday 12th May Parrott Construction handed over 20 dwellings to our Client South Cambridgeshire District Council. The houses, a mix of one, two and three bedroomed properties are on a Rural Exception Site in Swavesey, Cambridgeshire and will all be occupied by local people.
The project was completed on site in 10 months and the houses are extremely well insulated and provide economical heating and lighting. The design is a mix of contrasting facing bricks, with an element of black stained timber cladding to maintain the rural character.
