Hafeez Court Official Opening
On Friday 31st October, Parrott Construction Ltd were very pleased to attend the official opening of their former project at Thricknell’s Close, Luton.
The site at 1-8 Thricknells Close, Hafeez Court was previously a disused garage block that had fallen into disrepair.
The land, provided by Luton Borough Council, enabled Parrott Construction to redevelop the site to provide eight much needed 1 and 2 bedroomed flats, on behalf of our client Luton Community Housing Ltd (LCH), for the benefit of the local community.
The Major of Luton, Cllr Mohammed Farooq, officially opened the development, supported by Kelvin Hopkins MP Luton North.
The project continues our ongoing relationship with Luton Community Housing Ltd and adds to our portfolio of developments on the Marsh Farm Estate in Luton.
