Progress Update – Green Street, Willingham

We commenced the construction of 9 Houses in Green Street, Willingham for Iceni Homes in March 2013. The scheme consists of the design and build of 9 houses to Code For Sustainable Homes Level 3 in traditional Brick / Block construction. The site was part of a former farm yard including a house and derelict barns.

Progress on site is on programme, with plots 3-9 currently being completed internally. Plots 1 & 2 will commence following demolition of the existing farmhouse, which is currently occupied by bats!

Completion of plots 3-9 is anticipated in November 2013.
