Handover at Maulden

The scheme consists of 10 houses and 1 bungalow with a contract value of £1,280,000

This project was part of an ongoing partnership agreement with Aragon Housing Association and the team, consisting of Aragon, Heckler Associates as Employers Agent and Cost Consultants, MEPK Architects, P.Harvey Associates Structural Engineers, and ourselves as main contractor.

The buildings were of traditional construction with large areas of Thermowood cladding on different elevations, and Solar panels on the roof, and achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3.

The site was situated on an old garage site which had a steep incline, and provision had to be made during the construction phase to ensure the finished levels would comply with statutory requirements.
