St Paul’s Place Receives National Recognition

The project at St Pauls Place, St Albans has received a Silver Standard Award by the Building for Life Awards. The project which was constructed for Aldwyck Housing association and partnered by St Albans City and District Council has been recognised for their commitment to sustainable communities. 

The Building for Life assessors concluded in their report: “St Pauls Place is a high quality and considerate scheme. The building slots well into the existing site and the Hatfield Road townscape – providing exciting new homes for single elderly people in the area.”

Having received a Silver Standard, St Pauls Place will now advance to a further stage of the competition, where a judging panel will decide which of the standard winners deserves special recognition.
