Parrott Construction -v- Grand Union Housing Association

A football match was arranged with Grand Union Housing Association, formerly Aragon, on the 30th March in Sandy, Bedfordshire.

The game kicked off at 6.00pm but didn’t really get going for the fist 15 minutes. Most of the action was taken up by Parrotts pinning GUHA in there own half with possession play, and apart from a few air shots, neither team could hardly managed a single effort on goal.

Parrotts continued to press forward and soon enough broke the deadlock. With confidence starting to flow and Parrotts finding their feet, they started to increase the pressure on the GUHA goal. It wasn’t long before Parrotts found the back of the net again.

Half time arrived and Parrotts were looking comfortable and 2-0 up.

The second half was similar to the first with Parrotts dominating. GUHA rarely threatened the Parrotts goal, which meant they keep a clean sheet for the first time.

The game eventually finished with Parrotts winning 5-0.
