Parrott Construction have transformed an area of land in Kempston, close to their offices in Oakley, and created 17 family homes for their Housing Association client bpha.

The works involved the demolition of outdated sheltered accommodation and the construction of timber framed, highly energy efficient dwellings built to Code Level 3.

Located in Williamson Road, literally a stone’s throw from the company’s Oakley base, the houses have been built to high specifications and are a credit to the site team managed by George Kew and Mick Hockley.

Parrott Construction have now completed the impressive project and have handed over the 17 houses to bpha.

The completion of this development maintains Parrott Construction’s strong established relationship with bpha and the company looks forward to future collaborative working with them… constructing more homes for local people.
