Flats and houses completed for happy clients!

Parrott Construction have once again delighted their clients with the handover of two very different projects, demonstrating their versatility and diversity:-

Fletcher Way, Hemel Hempstead – the construction of 8 Nr. residential units for supported living, together with 1 Nr. ancillary support unit.  The project, undertaken on behalf of our Client Hightown Housing Association, was constructed on a very sloping site and required some innovative design solutions.  The properties have been built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and will provide cosy and economic accommodation for the residents.

 

 

Little Bushey Lane, Bushey – we have just completed the second phase of a project for Client Lea Valley Developments, comprising 11 houses for Sale and Shared Ownership.  We understand they are selling like ‘hot cakes’; a testament to Parrott Construction’s high standards of design and workmanship.
