Derelict Pump Station Transformed

The residents of Rushden, Northamptonshire were delighted to witness the transformation of the former “Alan Pond Garage” into nine very attractive affordable homes which reached successful completion this week, for handover to our client Grand Union Housing Group.

The site was technically challenging; tight in terms of access and working space and the groundworks were particularly demanding.

The project required intense project management skills from the site team and the quality of the build is a testament of Parrott’s team of directly employed operatives and subcontractors.
